Tullie House logo

This is a logo for a local museum I designed, sadly they took an interest in said logo but already have a designer...it's nice to know that its an impressive logo though I'm sure.
The Border Reivers exhibition seems to be a unique thing to Tullie House so I used this as my underlying theme, some witty use of typography and hey presto, the logo is born! Please do let me know what you think.

on the wish list...

this wonderful typographic scarf from the folks at little factory, they do great placemats created from laser cut numbers too, just charming!

Inspiration

A beautiful book cover I came across,  the formation of the heart from the title is just perfect, even down to the detail of the penguin inside the '0' of oo7 The others are beautiful but this is the one that got it spot on for me.

British Heart Foundation Annual Report

British heart foundation annual report with the theme 'Painting the town red' I was particularly pleased with how the cover turned out

Tron editorial project

So I finally have work I'm proud enough of to display on here,
starting with a Tron article I created for a fictional culture magazine, I'm really happy with how this one turned out...

Beautiful hair colour packaging

10_14_10_prism2.jpgI am going to make an effort to post one inspiring thing everyday, I hope followers find it to be useful, but it means I can keep track of it all too! Have you ever seen a more beautiful use of the spectrum in design?

Wish I'd spotted these beautifully packaged delights earlier, makes me wish I was better at packaging design *sigh*
